I am a full-time active real estate professional. Experience working with Buyers, Sellers, First-time Home Buyers, Luxury Homes and Distressed Sales. My experience with Foreclosed properties has been mostly representing buyers. I have REO Listing experience assisting associates. I am bi-lingual in Spanish which has been very helpful when needed. I have negotiated many short-sales for clients and Real Estate Agents, with me personally handling the process from the beginning to the end.  
 
I am an active member of Santa Clara Association of Realtors, East Bay Association, Metrolist Prospector (Central Valley to Sacramento) National Association of Realtors, and California Association of Realtors. 
Membership to these associations allows us the ability to market too many buyers and agents. I have conducted transactions from San Mateo County, down the Peninsula to San Benito County; Alameda County and various Central Valley Counties.
 
I am a closer working hard to facilitate all details for my clients holding their hands and advising them to the end of the transaction.  My clients have entrusted me with referrals from their family, friends and co-workers. 
 
Lastly, I am committed to educational courses, to keep me up to date with the latest information with the ever changing market conditions, license requirements and consumer information. I have E&O insurance coverage and a valid CA Department of Real Estate license expiring in January 2013. My team who is responsible for marketing, transaction coordination and my partners holding me accountable to 2011 business goals!
